WELCOME TO GRIFFIN COUNTRY

Another Weekend, Another Win!

Congratulations to our wrestling team on winning the STATE CHAMPIONSHIP at the Louisiana Dual State Championship!  Extremely proud of our team, yet again!

North Desoto Middle School Wrestling earns Runner Up at State!

"The North Desoto Middle School wrestling team traveled to New Orleans La (Brother Martin HS) to compete in 2018 Middle School Championship. The Griffins walked into the gym with a fire in their hearts. From Colin Bell at 76 pounds to Jackson Gibson at 175 pounds the Desoto parish grapplers wanted nothing less than Gold. Putting 6 kids in the finals, the two team race was only separated by 6 points. Although falling just short of 1st place the boys are coming home as Middle School State runner ups! I am very proud of our Wrestling community from our 8th graders who led the team to the parents who support our goals. Great job North Desoto. Keep living the dream!" - Coach Burton
